Suge Knight is ineligible for a funeral pass to see his mom for the last time before she is laid to rest and I don't think its fair at all and here is why. Suge Knight is still a homicide suspect! not convicted yet a suspect! with life-threatening health problems. Suge doesn't have access to money that he once did when his label was on top so I don't view him as a flight risk. Over 3 years in jail awaiting a trial I think they should bend the rule and let Suge Knight attend his mothers funeral.
