YOUNG THUG IN THE CENTER OF A LAWSUIT BETWEEN BOOKER AND ROOSEVELT HOTEL

The Roosevelt says they made a decision to cough up the additional dough since they'd sold tickets but as the booker broke the original deal, they may be suing to get their $42.5k deposit and the extra £20k.

Young Thug agreed to perform The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Halloween weekend to get £85k, however, refused to perform if the resort failed to cough up an extra $20k final minute ... based on a brand-new lawsuit.

The Roosevelt is suing Suntoucher enjoyment, asserting they locked Thugger's Oct. 28 performance for $85k and gave the booker 50% the fee monthly ahead of the gig.
The Roosevelt maintains about a week before the concert, Young Thug contacted them saying he was not repped by Suntoucher and put them in contact his agents at CAA, that required an additional £20k for its performance.
