A 27 year old from New Jersey named Quran Powell has been arrested for a recent shooting at J Coles show in the PNC Bank Arts Center. Police raided Powells apartment in East Orange, New Jersey and arrested him on two counts of attempted homicide and the possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. Powell is now in Monmouth County jail with a bail of 750,000 and is said to have shot a 23 and 24 year old man in the parking lot of the Cole show and as of yesterday both victims were in critical but stable condition.
