He will soon be number one on the list after Apple purchase Beats Electronic for $3.2 billion he can make upward of a billion dollar off the sale.. Apple is ready to purchase the leader in the U.S headphone market, this will be the company biggest acquisitions since Steve Jobs died in 2011. The acquisition will include ownership of Beat Electronics music subscription service, and Beats Music which is a competitor for iTune Radio. In 2011 manufacturer HTC purchased 50.1% of Beats Electronics for $300 million less than 3 years later Beat Electronic purchased the shares back for $415 million.
