On Thursday Bobby Shmurda had pleaded not guilty to his charges of promoting prison contraband. These charges stem from his girlfriend visiting him in prison on June 21st and passing him a shank which was found. The girlfriend actually plead guilty to her charges but Bobby is still pleading not guilty and with his next hearing in October he could face up to 7 years in prison if convicted.
