Rick Ross is still rocking with the Miami Heat even after they lost their huge star player. He believes in his team so much he is willing to put $100,000 on the line saying that the Heat will make the playoffs and the Cavs+Lebron won’t. As of right now the Heat are 5-2 and the Cavs are 3-3 so it is a little too early to be making any predictions but the two teams will be seeing each other for the first time this season on Christmas Day in South Beach where Rick Ross will undoubtedly be sitting courtside.

Nicki Minaj Responds to New Video Accusations
After getting poor reviews on the new video for “Only”, Nicki Minaj quickly responded to the issue: “The artist who made the lyric video for ‘Only’ was influenced by a cartoon on Cartoon Network called ’Metalocalypse’ & ‘Sin City,’ both the producer, & person in charge of overseeing the lyric video (one of my best friends & videographer: A. Loucas), happen to be Jewish…I didn’t come up w/the concept, but I’m very sorry & take full responsibility if it has offended anyone. I’d never condone Nazism in my art.”

It’s like—they’re not gonna allow you to tomorrow wake up and say, ‘This idea, that idea. This idea and I’m in and I’m hot.”
50 Cent was recently discussing the matter with Fashionista and added on about Kanye. ” There are really talented people [already in the business] and it kind of irks them that the person who’s been receiving the opportunity — that they really want and have been working, preparing for it for a long time — just comes out of somewhere else.”

Nicki Details how she Stays Relevant
Nicki Minaj explains to Billboard how she stays relevant in the music industry: “I’m on 15 to 25 conference calls every few days strategizing with my team. I think a lot of artists sit back and have it done for them. Sometimes as women in the industry—if you’re sexy or like doing sexy things—some people subconsciously negate your brain. They think you’re stupid. It’s corny when rappers feel like they’ve made it and they don’t have to prove themselves anymore. You should always be competing. You should always be trying to show that you’re the best. My album is going to be important to hip-hop.”
