Diddy Denies Sexual Assault Allegations As 4th Victim Comes Forward

Diddy has been hit with his fourth sexual assault allegation as a new lawsuit emerges. The accuser, a 17-year-old girl referred to as Jane Doe, claims that the hip-hop mogul, along with former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre and another unidentified man, trafficked and gang-raped her in 2003. Diddy has since taken to his social media to break his silence, denying the allegations.

Diddy Slammed With 4th Lawsuit

Diddy faces a fourth sexual assault accusation as a new lawsuit comes to light. In the 14-page lawsuit, Jane Doe alleges that she was introduced to the Bad Boy CEO through Harve Pierre, who claimed to be a close friend. 

Pierre arranged for Jane Doe to meet Diddy and invited her on a spontaneous trip to New York aboard a private jet. 

The lawsuit details how Jane Doe was transported to Diddy’s recording studio and subjected to non-consensual and violent sexual acts by Diddy (also known as Sean Combs) and the unidentified third man. There are photos included as evidence, showing Diddy with the teenage girl, as she was 17 years old, and he was 34 years old at the time.

Another ‘Trigger Warning’

In the legal document, numerous allegations implicate the three men. The lawsuit incorporates a “trigger warning,” akin to the previous filing by R&B singer Casandra Ventura, also known as Cassie. 

Furthermore, Attorney Douglas H. Wigdor lodged the latest lawsuit on behalf of the teenager. Notably, he had previously represented Cassie in her high-profile lawsuit, which surfaced on Nov. 16. 

The lawsuit leveled accusations against Diddy for sexual assault and trafficking. Following the filing of the lawsuit, both parties settled within 24 hours.

Pertaining to the document, it provides graphic details of Combs engaging in non-consensual intercourse with the woman, who did not consent to sexual activity with Combs. She described the incident as everything being a “blur,” and recounted that Combs removed her undergarments and penetrated her from behind with his penis while she was positioned over the sofa.

More Details Revealed

The lawsuit also claims that Diddy and his associates took turns sexually assaulting Jane Doe while she was barely conscious. 

According to the filing, Diddy watched the assault from a nearby chair, while the men violated the young girl. After the assault, Jane Doe was left alone in the bathroom, unable to walk, until she regained enough strength to be taken back to the airport and flown back to Michigan. 

The filing alleges that Diddy had connections with the Black Mafia Family, a reputed drug trafficking and money laundering operation in Michigan.

‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH’

Diddy has released a three-sentence statement on Instagram addressing the allegations, where he stated:

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, and destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.” 

Fans were not here for Diddy’s statement where one user named @waterlilysam wrote, “Ummm…. Didn’t you just settle a case in TWENTY FOUR HOURS with a woman you tried to claim was extorting you? I wonder why you did that if you never did any of those awful things. The math ain’t mathing Sean.” 

Another user named @chrxterino wrote, “Diddy, this ain’t the 90s nor 2000s, you can’t issue a PR statement regarding your reputation when many been saying this for years. You’re guilty & you’re upset at what you did.”

The distressing photographs of Diddy spread quickly on social media, leading to a flurry of comments from concerned fans and curious onlookers, speculating about what could be happening behind the scenes. 

One user, @YokoBarbieBih, remarked, “I think it’s ironic how paparazzi now getting pics of this man after all this. But I guess it would make sense to try since he’s the MC in this ordeal.” Another user, @itsrachelsimone, wrote, “My trust issues so bad.. These pics look staged, it’s giving he wants to look stressed.”

Lawsuit Settled

Cassie, known by her full name Cassandra Ventura, alleged the Bad Boy artist of physical and sexual abuse throughout their decade-long relationship. The lawsuit, documented in a 35-page legal filing, detailed the alleged mistreatment Cassie endured. 

However, on Friday, Nov. 17, just nearly 24 hours after the public release of the legal document, Diddy and Cassie settled, leaving the civil lawsuit to end.

Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy may have been settled, but it’s not quite settled in the hip-hop mogul’s empire. Diddy has recently stepped down from the REVOLT chairmanship and lost a significant number of deals and brand cache. 

‘Sean Combs Has Stepped Down’

Diddy’s resignation as REVOLT Chairman, announced on November 28, 2023, has left many wondering why his decision was made. On Instagram, REVOLT TV released a statement:

“Sean Combs has stepped down from his position as Chairman of REVOLT. While Mr. Combs has previously had no operational or day-to-day role in business, this decision helps ensure that REVOLT remains steadfastly focused on our mission to create meaningful content for the culture and amplify the voices of all Black people throughout this country and the African diaspora. Our focus has always been one that reflects our commitment to the collective journey of REVOLT – one that is not driven by any individual, but by the shared efforts and values of our entire team on behalf of advancing, elevating and championing our culture – and that continues.”

Preceding this, on Nov. 16, Diddy encountered significant legal issues stemming from a lawsuit filed by R&B singer and former girlfriend Cassie. 

She alleged the Bad Boy CEO had subjected her to physical and sexual abuse throughout their decade-long relationship. Subsequent to the filing of the lawsuit, Diddy settled the legal case within 24 hours.

‘Deleon Day Party’ Canceled

In addition to stepping down from REVOLT, Diddy’s brand suffered a blow when his Deleón Day Party was canceled due to the lawsuit filed by Cassie. 

On November 17, a day after the lawsuit was filed, the cancellation was announced stating:

“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unfortunate cancellation of Sunday’s highly anticipated. DELEÓN Day Party. Recent, serious allegations against DELEON Tequila owner, Sean “Puff” Combs, have compelled us to take immediate action. In light of these circumstances, we believe it is in the best interest of our community to regrettably cancel the event. Furthermore, Diddy faced yet another setback when it was reported on November 22 that his clothing brand Sean John was being phased out of its two-decade partnership with Macy’s. 

Will His Grammy Be Rescinded?

Adding to his woes, there are concerns about Diddy’s upcoming nomination for “Best Progressive R&B Album” at the 66th annual Grammy Awards. This leads fans to wonder if Diddy’s nomination will be taken away by the Recording Academy. 

One fan named @invisibiliss wrote, “Are they gone replace Diddy Grammy nomination with someone else or nah?? I have ideas on who can go there..” Another user named @MsNadaNee wrote, “Will @RecordingAcad take Diddy’s Grammy nomination away???”

Grammy nominations, which have been retracted in the past, were the case with Milli Vanilli in the 1990s. It was discovered that they did not sing any of the vocals on their music releases, making them the only artists to have their Grammy rescinded.

R&B singer, R. Kelly, who is currently imprisoned on sex trafficking charges, also had rumors swirling about the rescission of his Grammy awards in 2021. However, the Recording Academy CEO, Harvey Mason Jr. stated:

“But right now, I think it’s something that is going to take a little bit more consideration before we can really dictate or decide,” he continued. “My initial feeling is we’re probably not a business that we want to be in of taking people’s awards back after they’ve been given. But we’ll take a good look at it and see.”

As many are wondering about Diddy’s whereabouts for the upcoming Grammys, it is alleged that some stars are also refusing to sit near him due to the abuse lawsuit filed against him. According to the Mirror, a music insider stated:

“The formal invitations go out this month. There’s conflict at the academy as several voting members do not think it would be appropiate to invite Diddy.”

In an Instagram post published on November 28, REVOLT shared the news of Diddy’s departure as chairman. The post stated:

Fans of the late model, Kim Porter, have taken action as her Wiki page has come under threat of deletion amidst Diddy’s ongoing legal battle. The page, which served as a tribute to Porter’s life and accomplishments, was marked for deletion by a long-time Wiki editor. However, loyal supporters are now rallying to save Porter’s page, arguing that she deserves to be remembered independently of Diddy’s controversies.

Amid the turmoil surrounding Diddy’s alleged abusive lifestyle, Kim Porter’s Wiki page has become a topic of contention. 

On Nov. 21, the page was marked for deletion by Geoff Lane, a seasoned Wiki editor known as “Glane23.” The reason given was an “unsourced biography” lacking proper references. 

The page’s revision history reveals that in the past 24 hours, there have been 28 revisions spearheaded by Glane23 and UtherSPG. However, fans and other community users vehemently oppose the deletion. 

Fans & Supporters Speak Out

One user, “PushinUpdates,” argued in favor of keeping the page:

”Keep. The page is basic biographical information. Considering that the subject was with a celebrity and existed around celebrities, all of the sources are legitimate. The media sources are legitimate. The media sources are from mainstream media magazines.”

Another user expressed concerns about the nefarious reasons behind the attempted deletion, reinforcing the need for Kim Porter to have her own page independent of Diddy’s controversies. Supporters have emphasized that Kim Porter deserves to be remembered as an individual separate from Diddy. 

They believe her accomplishments and contributions should not be overshadowed by her former partner’s legal battles. As one user passionately stated:

“Ms. Kim Porter’s Wikipedia page should remain intact. Ms. Porter is a separate individual from Mr. Combs, who is deserving in her own right to be remembered. Please do not redirect Ms. Porter’s page to Mr. Combs.”

Sexual Assault Lawsuits Rock Entertainment Industry: Diddy, Jamie Foxx & Jimmy Iovine Accused

The entertainment industry finds itself engulfed in a surge of sexual assault allegations as survivors leverage the closing window provided by the New York Survivors Statute. High-profile figures such as hip-hop mogul Diddy, actor Jamie Foxx, and music executive Jimmy Iovine are now grappling with legal challenges as they face lawsuits stemming from these accusations.

A Wave of Lawsuits

The entertainment industry is facing a tidal wave of sexual assault allegations as survivors take advantage of the closing window provided by the New York Survivors Statute. 

Hip-hop mogul Diddy, actor Jamie Foxx, and music executive Jimmy Iovine have all been sued. Diddy is facing a second lawsuit alleging sexual assault. Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse University student, claims that the Bad Boy Records CEO drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991. 

According to the lawsuit filed on Nov. 23, Diddy recorded the assault, and a male friend later revealed that he had seen the video. The incident left Dickerson-Neal battling severe depression and thoughts of suicide. 

More Allegations

Another anonymous woman filed a lawsuit on Nov. 24 accusing Diddy and singer Aaron Hall of raping her and her friend at an event hosted by Uptown Records in 1990 or 1991. The lawsuit alleges that Hall coerced the plaintiff into having sex with the hip-hop mogul, and later, Hall forced himself onto her.

The suits were filed in the New York Supreme Court, both before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act on Nov. 24, which allows adult sexual assault survivors one year to sue regardless of when the original statute of limitations expired. 

Jamie Foxx Sued

In a separate lawsuit,  Jamie Foxx is being sued by an anonymous woman for an incident that occurred in New York in 2015. The plaintiff claims that Foxx touched her inappropriately at a rooftop lounge and bar, placing his hands on her waist and rubbing her breasts.

She further alleges that Foxx slid his hand into her pants, and touched her genital area. The woman says she suffered physical injuries and emotional distress as a result of the assault.

Jimmy lovine Also Slammed

Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine has also been hit with a sexual assault lawsuit. 

On Nov. 22, a  woman, who chose to remain anonymous accused Iovine of sexually abusing, touching, and harassing her in August 2007. The lawsuit includes charges of assault and battery, as well as violations of gender-motivated violence protection laws.

No arrests or court dates have been set for any of the men involved in these lawsuits, leaving survivors anxiously awaiting justice.

The Beginning Of The End?

On November 16, Diddy’s former girlfriend, Cassie filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy and accused him of abuse and rape during their decade-long relationship. The Cassie vs. Diddy lawsuit would settle for an undisclosed amount the next day.

Someone close to Diddy, who also was hit with sexual assault allegations was former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre. An anonymous woman accused Pierre of abusing his authority to exploit and assault her. 

LA Reid Hit With Sexual Assault Lawsuit

In a similar vein, music executive L.A. Reid, co-founder of LaFace Records, is facing sexual assault allegations. Former Arista Records executive Drew Dixon has accused Reid of assaulting her twice in 2001.

Singer Cassie and Diddy have swiftly come to an agreement just one day after she filed a high-profile lawsuit, accusing the hip-hop mogul of rape and multiple instances of physical abuse. In a grand closing to what was a world-stopping news moment, the parties announced on Friday evening that they have reached a resolution in the case, without disclosing specific details of the settlement.

Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, expressed her decision to resolve the matter amicably, emphasizing her desire for some degree of control in the situation. According to the NYTimes, she conveyed her gratitude to her family, fans, and legal team for their unwavering support. Diddy also released a statement saying, “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Cassie’s Settlement

The settlement effectively puts an end to what was expected to be a long and eventful drama that hip-hop fans had titled, “Surviving Diddy.” With blood in the water, many of Diddy’s former artists and associates had come out with their own accusations, echoing Cassie’s accusations.

In her lawsuit, which garnered major attention, Cassie, who had signed with Bad Boy label in 2005 at the age of 19 and dated him for about a decade, made serious allegations against Diddy. She claimed that she endured years of physical abuse, controlling behavior, and various forms of sexual abuse, including rape.

Cassie’s former personal assistant spoke out on social media saying “It’s all true.” Others, including former artist Aubrey O’Day of the Bad Boy Records pop group, Danity Kane, posted to social media feeling vindicated after years of sharing her own stories of abuse.

Diddy’s attorney, Ben Brafman, denied these allegations, describing them as offensive and outrageous.

In the past year, Mr. Combs received a Lifetime Achievement award at the BET Awards and was honored with the Global Icon Award at MTV’s Video Music Awards in September. More Bad Boy Members Speak Out

O’Day presented phone call screenshots, including conversations with D. Woods, Brooklyn Babs, and Willie Taylor, all former artists associated with Bad Boy. Brooklyn Babs was part of the group Da Bands, Willie Taylor was a member of the band Day26, and D. Woods was a former member of Danity Kane.

Following O’Day’s revelations, D. Woods, another former member of Danity Kane, took to her Twitter account after a year to express her support for Cassie as well. She stated:

“I haven’t posted anything on this platform for a very long time, but today… there is a very good reason to.” She tweeted again, saying, “Self Worth, Peace of Mind, and the Right to Speak your TRUTH… Cassie, You are incredibly brave to shine light on what you endured in the dark. I’m sorry you had to go through it alone. I’m praying for your continued strength, and I offer my full support to you.”

A Proven Prediction

‘Damn Brother Love’

Rapper 50 Cent, known for his outspoken nature, didn’t hold back in his criticism of Diddy. In an Instagram post, 50 posted a selfie of himself stating:

“Damn brother love, brother love, brother love, you out here looking CRAZY AS A MF. LMAO.”

Shortly after, a video of the TV mogul recently resurfaced, where he also spoke on his experience with Diddy. The New York rapper stated that the Bad Boy Records CEO was asking him when there would be a chance that the two could hang out. 50 Cent stated:

“He [Diddy] telling me we have to kick it and sh*t, and he was like yo’ why don’t we go shopping or something or some sh*t, I’ll pay for it. I was like the f*ck this n*gga just say.”

Additionally, Azealia Banks took to her Instagram story, alleging that Diddy had physically assaulted Cassie, even sending her on a “vacation” to Hawaii to hide the evidence. She wrote:

Even Yung Joc, a rapper associated with Diddy, shared a story about Diddy’s control and influence over Cassie. In an interview with VLAD TV from 2022, Joc recalled a night out with the two ex-lovers when the music mogul asked Cassie to shave the side of her head. 

Joc stated Diddy once told Cassie:

“Yo, Cassie, tomorrow I want you to shave the side of your head.”Joc said, “And I was like, what the f*ck kind of request is that? When I looked up there, white woman with a side of her head was shaved and the b*tch looked good with it. So I was looking at Cassie and I was like you not about to do that are you? In the interview from four years ago, Huynh alleged that Diddy was caught texting another man, leading to a heated altercation.
