As of April 21st Dame Dash had lost primary custody of his two daughters to Rachel Ray, his ex-wife, who claimed Dash was unfit to raise the children. There has been no word on the situation from Dame but it seems in his silence he was readying a lawsuit for $2.5 million. TMZ is reporting Dame is suing his ex-wife for unlawful business conduct that involved two previous fashion companies the two had started together.
