Diddy will no longer be facing any criminal charges for the attack of a UCLA coach back in June with a kettlebell. There will be an informal hearing on October 15th according to TMZ with Diddy, his lawyer, Mark Geragos, and other parties who were involved. Though it may seem like it Diddy is not completely free he may still have to attend anger management or something similar to that.
