Way back in 2013 Justin Bieber was said to have ordered his bodyguards to attack a photographer while in Argentina. Reps of Bieber initially said that the problem was resolved but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Back in November Bieber was ordered back to the country within a 60 day period but he never showed and now a Buenos Aires judge has issued an order for his arrest. The judge’s words were as follows according to TMZ "I consider it pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused.” Though they cannot actually force Bieber to return but if he does ever return it looks like he’ll be given to authorities fairly quickly.
