KRS One is still on the mic representing the Boogie Down Bronx, Lawrence Parker AKA KRS One left home to chase his rap dream at 16 and never looked back. The rapper moved into a homeless shelter where he met his youth counselor Scott Sterling and together they formed the group Boogie Down Production. The two dropped their first album in 1987 "Criminal Minded" the record was hot but they couldn't get any airplay from Dj Marley Marl and Dj Mr Magic and that is how the Bridge war started.
Scott La Rock was shot dead shortly after there first album release but 30 years later Krs One is still going strong and kicking that knowledge with the release of the new album "THE WORLD IS MIND". CHECK OUT THE NEW ALBUM!
