Dr. Dre recently became hip-hops first billionaire just last spring after Beats by Dre was successfully bought by Apple for a large sum of money. Monster helped design Beats by Dre in the beginning stages of the company. Now after seeing the major success of the headphones it appears as though Monster and their CEO Noel Lee are hitting Beats by Dre with a new lawsuit claiming that Noel and company are basically the ones who invented the Beats by Dre headphones. Saying "pirating the headphones away from Lee and Monster." Noel had a 5% stake in Beats By Dre and Monster is saying Beats conspired to get rid of them cutting all ties then selling to apple. We will see what happens as the lawsuit moves forward so keep it locked.
