The authorities docs include Nelly along with Greene’s variations of what went to the bus, plus they’re vastly different. Nelly told authorities their sex — vaginal and oral — was consensual, and Greene had removed her own clothes. He states he did not use a condom, however, said he didn’t ejaculate. He maintained Greene only got angry because she thought he was involved with a few of his fans, who was on the bus at the time.
Greene has filed a lawsuit against Nelly for sexual assault and defamation. Nelly has pledged to sue her, though he’s yet to document.
Greene told authorities Nelly forcefully removed her pants and threw her on the mattress, and stated, “You’re going take this D**k.” She says that he repeatedly told her during the sex, “That’s my p***y.” She says that the forcible sex lasted for 30 minutes, and she thought he’d ejaculated inside her and on her backside and front.
Greene says Nelly offered her $2,500 and requested her to keep on the bus until his next destination — however she informed him she’s not a prostitute. She claims somebody pushed her off the bus, and Nelly tossed a $100 bill at her.
The proof includes surveillance movies — showing Nelly and the accuser, Monique Greene, leaving the Seattle nightclub in which they met, becoming on his own tour bus … and also the moment when she leaves the bus and also calls the police to report that the alleged rape.
As we first reported … Auburn PD, at Washington State, finished its investigation last month, and prosecutors fell the case — primarily because the alleged victim denied to testify. Now that the criminal case is shut … cops are showing these photographs and videos gathered during the investigation.
For what it is worth, Nelly claims that he has given her the hundo.
