Rich Homie Quan a couple days ago decided it would be a great idea to make a video of himself holding his baby son while smoking weed. Well this did not go over well with Child services because the rapper was soon after being investigated by them. Quan decided to apologize after getting tons of backlash and the apology is for his son and he says "I regret that I chose to continue to smoke once Royal jumped in my lap," Hopefully Quan has truly learned the error of his ways and is not just saying this because he was caught doing it.
