Saweetie, Lil Baby & 2 Chainz To Star In Season 3 Of ‘BMF’

Saweetie, Lil Baby, and 2 Chainz are slated to take over fans’ TV screens in 2024. The rappers will appear in the upcoming season 3 of 50 Cent’s BMF on Starz

‘BMF’ Welcomes 3 New Faces 

On Thursday, Dec. 14,  it was announced on Instagram that Saweetie, Lil Baby, and 2 Chainz will be making their acting debut on the highly acclaimed show BMF, created by none other than 50 Cent. 

This news has ignited fan anticipation and sparked mixed reactions on social media. As the newest season of BMF gears up for its premiere on March 1, 2024, viewers are eager to see how the three star rappers will impact the show’s credibility and ratings.

Fans on Twitter(X) have seemingly stated mixed reviews on the new additions to the show. One user (@aishofspades) commented: “ I can’t explain it, but putting more celebs is actually making it seem more low budget.” While another user (@20Kylies) commented, “They aint even try to change Lil Baby’s appearance.”

 Don’t Count Her Out!

In addition to this, rap artist Saweetie broke into the TV screens. In 2021, trailers revealed she was making her acting debut on the popular network show Grown-ish.

The Icy girl, known for her chart-topping hits and fierce fashion sense, is expanding her career portfolio with this foray into acting. In an interview with Flaunt Magazine, she expressed her excitement about her upcoming projects and album, emphasizing her passion for music and her hunger to succeed.

In February 2023, it was announced that 2 Chainz and R&B star Ne-Yo would be joining the cast for the third season of BMF, further expanding the star-studded lineup of the show.

2 Chainz Updates Fans On His Recovery After Miami Car Accident

During Miami’s Art Basel weekend, 2 Chainz found himself in a terrifying situation after a car accident. Despite suffering neck injuries, the rapper is now stable amid a recent Instagram post to his fans and supporters.

The COLLEGROVE artist took to his Instagram account to update fans on his condition after a horrifying collision over the weekend in Miami. It was a lively weekend for many, especially with Miami’s eagerly awaited Art Basel event. In particular, 2 Chainz was in a car crash during the festivities.

The rapper, who had just left the Booby Trap Strip Club, was driving on I-95, about to exit, when another car collided with his vehicle. The crash involved three cars: a Mercedes, Nissan, and Toyota, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The ‘Shake Back’ King 

On Dec. 11, the “I’m Different” rapper took to Instagram and updated fans on his condition. He wrote: 

“This the car that hit us from behind..Praise God for the blessings, Things could have been worse, but it wasn’t, don’t wanna pity party, but i do appreciate every single person that checked up on me, sometimes someone in my position don’t feel like the love real or maybe it’s mind thing, but I truly felt the love and don’t worry bout me, I’m good, shake back king”

What Caused This?

Observations of the damage indicated that the “Bugatti” rapper’s car was hit from behind, significantly impacting the front left driver’s side.

Authorities have expressed suspicion that the other driver involved may have been under the influence at the time of the accident. 2 Chainz suffered neck injuries and possibly other injuries as a result of the collision. 

Fortunately, he is now in stable condition after being rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention.

2 Chainz’s New Venture

In other uplifting news related to 2 Chainz, the rapper has joined Pepsi’s “Dig In” residency in Las Vegas, celebrating and showcasing delectable dishes from Black-owned restaurants. This campaign aims to promote and support the culinary achievements of these establishments, including 2 Chainz’s restaurant.

Additionally, the chart-topping rapper recently hosted Amazon Music Live’s second season, featuring performances by notable artists such as Metro Boomin and Latto. The live-streamed event, available on Amazon Prime Video, added another milestone to the rapper’s impressive career.
