Blood Money, 30 (Mario Hess)an aspiring rapper was found shot on a side walk with a bullet to the the chest. The aspiring rapper was later pronounced dead at a local Chicago Hospital. The cousin of rapper Chief Keef has supposedly just signed with Interscope Records two weeks ago. Blood Money cousin Renaldo Hess said “This was his dream and he finally got his foot in the door,” “But that’s how it goes in Chicago. He really wanted to get off the streets". Blood Money was recently featured on Chief newest track "F**k Rehab".
Kim and Kanye is suing Youtube founder Chad Hurley for illegally leaking their engagement event last October. The couple is accusing Hurly of stalling on the case and they want the judge to order Hurly to pay $6,000 in legal fees for making them wait. Hurly has not comply with obligation to the case. He refused to sign off on Kim and Kanye proposed exhibits of evidence. He's declining to confirm his signature is real and he has allegedly refused to turn over document related to the case that the couple counsel had requested. The two sides have signed off on a November 17 trail date.
Rapper 50 Cent lost a lawsuit that was filed against by a company called Sleek. Sleek sued 50 for misappropriating trade secrets, breaching fiduciary duty owed to Sleek, participating in a civil conspiracy, breach of confidentiality agreement and unjustly enriched. In a counter suit 50 alleged Sleek fraudulently induced hm into entering into an investment with them and breaching their fiduciary duties to him. 50 and the headphone company has been feuding for over a year and now the headphone company has won the battle. 50 owes Sleek headphones $11,693,247 in damages plus $4,488,331 in attorney fees. Sleek filed a lawsuit last year after a deal to manufacturer headphones for 50 fell though. After the deal fell though, 50 found another company to manufacture supposedly a different design headphones. Sleek realize the other company was basically manufacturing the same headphones design that Sleek had developed. The rapper claim that Sleek had security lapses that had allowed Sleek competitors to see their design, but there is no evidence that support the claim.
Former Brand Nubian rapper Lord Jamar recently said "he believes the 18 year old who approached West fiancee Kim because people now believe they can approach the rapper in any way" because he emasculated(deprive of strength)himself. In order for West to prove he is not emasculated he had to put his hand all over the 18 year old. Now he has to paid $250,000 to a man who called his fiancee a f*uckin n*gger lover. Jamar believes female companion of 50 Cent, Jay Z or Game would have never been approach like Kim was. This is not the first time Jamar has criticized West. In January he called West a "pioneer of the feminine emasculated style that's trying to infiltrate Hip Hop". Last year Jamar released a diss record call "Lift Up Your Skirt".
