MTV, T.I. show cost Viacom millions of dollars

Viacom is going to lose millions of dollars because of the MTV show "T.I. Road To Redemption.  During an episode that air February 2009, T.I. visited The Haugabrooks Funeral Home in downtown Atlanta and view the body of Joseph Williams the scene was aired by MTV.  The William family sued Viacom for invasion of privacy, violation of likeness and negligent misrepresentation about the decedent.  While Viacom insurance policy covers 3 million for each loss, the company alleges that the William family has filed multiple charges and the company suffered multiple losses, each with a high cost.  T.I. nor any of his affiliated companies were mentioned in the suit as being financially responsible for airing the episode.
