Its no secret that The Game’s rap career has been surrounded with drama, Game had beef with a long list of rap artist like Yukmouth, 50 Cent, Meek Mill, 40 Glocc and more. The Compton rapper is about to add another rap icon to the list when he decided to mention his sexual acts with Kanye’s wife in his latest song.

The Game was advised by friends not to mention the Kardashians in his latest song being friends with the family and Kanye but that advise fell on mute ears. the song had lyrics in the song referring to Kylie “Her sister made a billion in makeup. I used to make her Frosted Flakes when she wake up.” It seems the rapper doesn’t really value the friendship with the family or Ye because the lyrics about Kim will end a relationship.

Ye has filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Def Jam, UMG Recordings, and Bravado International Group, Roc-A-Fella and EMI. The dispute between EMI and Kanye is about a clear understanding of the rights and obligations between the two parties. The suit is similar against Roc-A-Fella Ye wants a declaration of his rights regarding his relations with the record company that gave Kanye his start.

The suits and clarification of rights between Kanye and the record labels might be a move to gain control of his publishing. Ye attempted to purchase his publishing for $8 – $9 million, and the rapper was denied. Publishing is a way for companies to make money of you live performances, downloads, streaming, tv and film so it might be hard to get them to give the avenue of royalties.

Nas, known for hit songs like  ‘One Mic,’ ‘I Can,’ and his political views on his controversial album ‘Nig*er.’  Born in Brooklyn, New York Nas isn’t just a rap artist he is also an entrepreneur making big money moves. Nas decided to lighten his portfolio and increase his bank account by selling Pluto TV for 340 million dollars.  Viacom purchased Pluto to expand their online streaming service and add to the online marketing. Pluto average 12 million streamers per month and the majority of them are connected via Firestick, Apple Tv, or an Android box. The sell of Pluto Tv moves the rapper up a few notches as one of the wealthiest rappers in the world.

In the latest news on the spotlight, Master P has been making the headlines with his most recent move of producing his biopic. The founder of No limit records has partnered with Lionsgate to produce the biopic, “king of the south” which would act as a representation to his musical achievements. The music mogul took to Instagram to reveal the news “Today we made history! Signed one of the biggest deals with Lionsgate for the Master P biopic, “King of the South IceCream man.” The artist also went ahead to thank his associates who made it possible for the deal to be materialized as he said, “salute to the kings that came before me Lil J, Uncle Luke, and Tony Draper.”

In another statement, the hip-hop rapper also said that “to be alive and partner with major film company is making history” he went ahead and added that the happening would be the first in history especially to come from the south and have a major effect to the rap game. The biopic is entailed to chronicle his childhood, adulthood and finally his journey through his musical career being that he was the founder of No limit records. Among his achievement like staying optimistic through his hustles and ambitions as well as his drive into becoming the first rapper from the south to have his music played in New York will all be captured into the biopic to make it a real-life experience.

Although he has not given a release date, many of his supporters have already taken to Instagram and other social media pages to show their support to the artist and are eagerly waiting for the release date. One of his supporters had this to say, “yea his music was dope as shit, a major factor on the tank, RIP magic, salute homie.” All in all, we can wish him good luck with his biopic.

Ice Cube and LL have seemed to join forces in a bid buy sports TV stations with the likes of other powerful partners like Billionaire Alex and Carolyn Rafaelian. The partnership aims to outdo other potential heavy bidders like the equity titans, Apollo global investments and Blackstone group in the race to buy the 22 TV stations from Disney. This move comes after the officials from the Disney group were forced to sell the 22 regional channel sports by the justice dept. However, the officials also believe that they might be one of the most potent sports TV landscape if they hold up of the 22 stations since they already own the majority of the ESPN.

The 22 stations include everything from Fox sports, San Diego to Fox Sports Arizona, Fox spots southwest Fox sports Detroit and many other more. Among the 22 stations, the Yes networks take the crow as the biggest of them all; they also have the right to broadcast Yankee games unlike the others stations, based in New York, it is estimated that the station alone cost about $5 to $6 billion according to the wall street journal. The bidders are also expected to pay about $15 to $25 billion for all the 22 TV stations sold by Disney.

Sources say that the group is talking with other sports and cultural icons who have shown interest in participating in the bid, may it materialize, we will be expecting a new owner of the sports TV with some of its owners making a bold move shifting from the musical career to TV. In what seems to be an eye-catching project by James Turrell, the artist has managed to attract the likes of Kanye West, one of his big friends into donating a large sum of money into the Arizona crater project. It said the artist began working on the crater after the extinct volcano crater in the year 1974 to date.

It is said the artist has been attracting researchers and other donors into the projects since he has been shaping the interior and exterior of the crater into artwork, according to the project website, the artwork relates, through the medium of light, to the universe of the surrounding sky, land, and culture. Kanye West is among other donors and researcher who have had the privilege to visit the place despite being closed to the public, in one of his tweets, Kanye tweeted “This is life-changing. We all live in Turell spaces.” This was after he visited the place on December 13, 2018. Another source that spoke to Turrell says that more than 1.3 million cubic tones of the earth have been excavated for the crater to make room for the interior designs and other construction processes.

One of the sources published in 1999 said that the project had to be added a ‘land art’ by Coconino County due to its massive size of construction. Alleged copyright violation and unfair enrichment claims of the late Jerry Heller, N.W.A manager over the universal biographical film ‘straight outta Compton’ has been tossed out of court. Before the 75-year-old death, he had filed a legal action against universal claiming that universal was in debt with him after he co-authored the rise and fall film of rap group N.W.A. The group consisted of Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, and Eazy E.
According to Heller, he entered into an oral agreement with the original members of N.W.A to co-author on screenplay film and he never transferred the ownership to the accused.

Even after his death the lawsuit against the 2015 biographical filmmakers still continued until recently when it was thrown out of court by a federal judge, Michael Fitzgerald.
Many lawsuits were thrown out even before his departure in this world in 2016. But his estate came in and picked up the amended claims.

The United States district court of central California stated there was no clear evidence that Heller co-authored the film. Apparently, there was no evidence showing that Jerry had total influence over the screenplay which led to the dismissal of the claims.
The founder of ruthless record had only suggested some corrections to be made on the script according to the federal judge in central California court. Which never reached the level of co-authorship of the script according to the law of co-authorship. The case took a different direction after the judge said Jerry own words worked against him. This was a big blow to the late manager.

The judge further stated that that the late Jerry never intended to be co-authored in script featuring the swayful gang star group N.W.A. Late Heller demanded up to 35 million dollars for compensatory acts, 75 million dollars for inflicting punishment damages and 200 million dollars from successes that came out from the movie.

Kanye also called out Drake for apparently ‘sneak dissing’ Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend new records’ MODE,’ of which he was featured in. He later wrote that he had settled their difference with Travis since he is family. The attack was triggered by the fact that Drake bought first two seats in Toronto Pusha T show and Kanye took it as intimidation acts.

According to Yezzy he never knew until that Saturday morning that Drake was following his wife on Instagram and that pissed west off. He had to speak out on his twitter accounts of which he later deleted the messages. Later the E-star stepped in and refuted the allegations that Drake called to threatened their family and her better half. The 41-year-old rapper took an exciting twist to wish Drake good wishes, and he may get a blessing of having a happy family like them. To succeed in the field of rap, one has to master the art of provoking another artist through propaganda. This is what the Migos has done by claiming that they are the most successful group that the world has ever produced. Appearing on TMZ live, Layzie acknowledged the talent of Offset and the rest of the Migos but downplayed their claim that they are the most successful rap group ever existed. He says that the request by the Migos is disrespect to the OGs and that the Migos needs to respect the elder who came before them in the game.

The native from the Cleveland claims that his group ‘Bone Thugs-N- Harmony’ has done a lot and cannot accept o be belittled at the moment.
